What's inside the lid?

The cap contains a tiny UV-C light. When activated the light shines inside the sealed bottle and on the inner walls, removing 99.9% of bacteria and viruses.

What UV-C does?

UV-C light disrupts the DNA/RNA of microrganisms so they can't reproduce. The process inactivates common waterborne microbes and sanitises the water and bottle which prevents odours.
