Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Hao Hydration. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy. 

1. Processing Your Order. 

An email confirmation will be sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of purchase. 

2. Shipping Processing Time. 

After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 24 hours. We will contact you for some reason if there is delays. 

Shipping time is 2-10 days with standard post. Excluding weekends and public holidays. 

3. Shipment Locations. 

Shipping is free Australia wide over $100. International chargers will apply. 

4. Shipment Rates and Delivery estimations. 

We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once the order has been placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are to be used as a guide, unfortunately delivery times are not be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Same Day Shipping.

If ordered by 2pm, Monday - Friday, orders will be dispatched the same day. If placed after 2pm orders will be dispatched the following business day.

Please Note.

Business days mean Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders are not shipped on Weekends or public holidays.   

Date of delivery may vary due to the carrier, delivery locations and items ordered.
